FLOOR PREPARATION
We carry out the treatment and preparation of soles to streamline the process on assembly lines and ensure a secure attachment to the shoe.
Depending on the type of material or the complexity of the sole, we have two different procedures for the treatment:
– The traditional system, which involves carding, application of halogen or solvent if necessary, and primer application for sealing.
– A system that combines a UV ray machine with the application of high temperatures to the sole. This second system allows for the elimination of halogen or solvent, which
are environmentally harmful products, from the process. It also eliminates the manual carding step of the sole.
Additionally, we insert EVA or similar fillers inside the sole to enhance shoe comfort.
Lastly, we also offer the customer the option to attach a midsole or a outsole to the sole.
SBased on the type of necessary protective footwear, we use materials that best adapt to meet the required specifications, always ensuring maximum comfort in the insole, so that the final result is a comfortable and safe shoe.
The materials used for this type of insoles comply with all current regulations regarding safety footwear, thanks to our work with specialized and highly recognized suppliers.
Despite the complexity of these materials due to their hardness, thickness, etc., at Manufacturas Roland, we are prepared for their processing, achieving insoles that fit perfectly to our clients’ needs
